Founded by Rachel & Georgia.
Rachel has worked as a professional makeup artist for 20 years. In this time, she was a freelance artist, and also worked on counter. She progressed to owning a salon and working with celebrities for TV, music videos and also for events.
Throughout the last decade she also worked as a Social Media Manager for small businesses doing content creation for them and managing their socials, alongside being a makeup artist and a mum! Demand was so high for social media management, she decided to pair with Georgia and create Hera Social Agency.
Georgia has worked within the beauty industry for over 8 years, 5 of those as a content creator and makeup artist.
Her passion for content creation started when she launched a beauty blog to have something to focus on during a period of bad mental health. This hobby soon became a side hustle, and has since grown to support the creation of Hera Social Agency.

The Hera Social Agency team consists of co-founders, Rachel Taglienti (that’s me) and Georgia Phelps. We are the dynamic duo behind this agency, and we are so excited to have you here.

So how did Hera Social Media agency come about, well, our journey began as two best friends who shared a passion for beauty and social media.
We spent countless hours discussing our favourite influencers, sharing makeup tips, and analysing social media trends. We realised that we had a unique combination of skills and expertise that could help others succeed in this industry, and more specifically, this niche!
That's why we founded our agency - to help beauty and lifestyle influencers like you grow your social media following, develop a strong personal brand, and create content that resonates with your audience.
